Return and Exchange Policy
First: Replacement and return
- Purchases to be exchanged or returned must be in their original condition when purchased and the protective packaging must not have been removed.
- Return and exchange includes all products in the event of a manufacturing defect or delivery error, with the company bearing the transportation cost.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product for another product , the customer will bear the transportation fees .
- The return period is 7 days and the exchange period is 14 days from the date of receiving the product, except for the days of offers and discounts, when the return period is within 5 days from the date of receiving the product.
- A product will not be replaced with another product unless the original product is out of stock and customer approval will be requested before replacing the product.
- The exchange and return clause is cancelled if the item is modified.
- In the event of a return, the return value will be released exclusively to the customer in whose name the invoice was issued.
- In case of return and payment method is Tabby , electronic payment process fees of 10% of the invoice value will be deducted .
- In the event of a return, the amount is less than the value required to qualify for free shipping, and therefore the shipping value of 51.75 is automatically deducted from the value of the returned amount.
Second: How to return the product
If you receive your product from Lighting & More sales team you should contact us.
If you receive your product from a shipping company you can use express mail services.
- The amount due to the customer shall be paid within a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product.
- In case of payment by cash on delivery, bank transfer, SADAD system or Visa, the amount will be refunded from Idhaa and More to the customer’s account by bank transfer.
- Lighting and More Company will replace the product that has a manufacturing defect or is unwanted within three (3) working days according to the following conditions -
- The device must be free from scratches, misuse, or malfunction due to incorrect voltage connection.
- Bring the product in its original box with all accessories inside it.
- The original purchase invoice must be attached when requesting an exchange or return. The invoice number must be visible on the shipping document, otherwise it may delay the process or slow down the response process.
Third: Warranty Policy
The warranty period is approved.
